一般社団法人地域循環共生社会連携協会では、令和８年度脱炭素成長型経済構造移行推進対策費補助金（Scope3排出量削減のための企業間連携による省CO2設備投資促進事業）に係る環境省からの交付決定を受け、補助事業者を公募します。 ■目的・概要 （目的） 脱炭素経営の国際潮流を踏まえ、大企業では自社以外の取引先等におけるCO2排出量（Scope3）の削減の重要度が増していることから、バリューチェーンを構成する中小企業等と連携して、Scope3の排出量削減に資する省CO2設備投資を促進することで、バリューチェーン全体のCO2排出削減を強力に推進するとともに、産業競争力強化やGX市場創造を図ることを目的とします。 （概要） 代表企業がバリューチェーンを構成する連携企業と連携してScope3の排出量削減に資する省CO2設備投資（現在の設備に対して30％以上の省CO2効果が見込める設備の導入※１）を支援します（連携企業の設備・機器の更新は代表企業のScope3の削減に寄与する取組を必ず含むものとします。）。 Scope3排出量削減のための企業間連携による省CO2設備投資促進 から得られた情報は、環境省がCO2削減対策の把握や普及広報などにも活用していく予定です。また、採択者の事業概要、排出量および削減量等の情報を、原則として環境省が公表する予定です。 ■応募資格 ア 補助事業の交付申請ができる者は以下のいずれかの者であること。 ①民間企業 ②独立行政法人通則法（平成１１年法律第１０３号）第２条第１項に規定する独立行政法人 ③地方独立行政法人法（平成十五年法律第１１８号）第２１条第３号チに規定される業務を行う地方独立行政法人 ④国立大学法人、公立大学法人及び学校法人 ⑤社会福祉法（昭和２６年法律第４５号）第２２条に規定する社会福祉法人 ⑥医療法（昭和２３年法律第２０５号）第３９条に規定する医療法人 ⑦特別法の規定に基づき設立された協同組合等 ⑧一般社団法人・一般財団法人及び公益社団法人・公益財団法人 ⑨その他環境大臣（以下「大臣」という。）の承認を得て協会が適当と認める者 ⑩地方公共団体（①から⑨のいずれかとの共同申請者であって、①から⑨のいずれかと建物を共同所有する場合に限る。） イ ア①の民間企業について、補助金の交付の対象となるのは、交付申請 者が 交付申請日までに、上記（１）ア表中「補助事業を実施（交付申請者）するための要件」に関する取組の実施について表明する場合に限る。 ■補助上限額 １５億円 （設備導入をする１事業者あたりの応募事業の後年度分も含めた総額） ■補助事業期間 事業期間：原則として３年以内 単年度事業は交付決定日から令和９年１月３１日までとする。 複数年度事業は交付決定日から最終年度の１月３１日までとする。 また、本公募で採択された場合は、原則として令和８年度中に本補助金の交付申請を行い、交付決定する必要があります。 ■問合せ先 一般社団法人地域循環共生社会連携協会 事業部 担当：安江 問合せ用メールアドレス： 08scope3@rcespa.jp ■参考URL https://rcespa.jp/r08-scope3/r08-scope3-no1/r08-scope3-no1-briefing
