■参照ホームページ Jグランツで本補助金の申請受付を行っておりません。申請手続き等の詳細については、以下HPをご確認ください。 https://www.city.tama.lg.jp/shisei/jigyosha/1012227/1012232/1014763.html ■目的・概要 市では、第6次多摩市総合計画において「つながり支え 認め合い いきいきとかがやけるまち」を将来都市像とし、多様な主体が互いに尊重・協力してまちづくりを推進しています。「多摩市ふるさと納税を活用した資金調達支援事業補助金」は、総合計画の理念に基づいて多摩市の産業振興及び地域課題の解決に資する事業を行う事業者を支援することを目的に実施するもので、クラウドファンディング型ふるさと納税の仕組みを活用して本市が寄附の受け入れ先となり、事業者の行う事業の経費の一部を補助する事業です。 ■補助対象者 次に掲げる要件を全て満たす者とします。 (1)クラウドファンディング型ふるさと納税による寄附募集の開始する時点において、市内に住所を有する個人事業主若しくは市内に事業所を有する法人であること。 (2)市町村税を滞納していないこと。 (3)法人にあっては多摩市暴力団排除条例（平成25年多摩市条例第14号）第2条第1号に規定する暴力団でないこと又はその代表者、役員若しくは使用人その他の従業員が同条第3号に規定する暴力団関係者でないこと、個人にあっては同号に規定する暴力団関係者でないこと。 (4)宗教上の組織又は団体でないこと。 (5)政治団体でないこと。 (6)風俗営業等の規制及び業務の適正化等に関する法律（昭和23年法律122号）第2条第4項から第13項までに掲げる営業を行なうものでないこと。 (7)同一年度に、この補助金の交付を受けていないこと。 (8)補助金の交付の目的に照らして交付することが適当でないと市長が認める者でないこと。 ■補助対象事業 補助金の使途として社会通念上適当であると市長が認める事業で、多摩市の産業振興及び地域課題の解決に資する事業を対象とします。 ■補助額 予算の範囲内において、クラウドファンディング型ふるさと納税により集まった寄附金の合計額から、ふるさと納税のポータルサイトの運営事業者等に支払う手数料等を除いた額を補助金として交付します。 なお、寄附募集にあたり、補助対象経費の3分の2を上限として寄附目標額を市長が決定します。寄附募集開始後、寄附目標額に達した段階で寄附募集を終了します。（100円未満の端数がある場合は切り捨てとなります。） ※最低保証額について 市が規定する事業については集まった寄附金額が寄附目標額の3割に満たない場合、不足分を市が補助します。市が規定する事業とは、以下に該当する事業かつ補助対象事業が期限を設けて実施する事業でないものとします。事業計画書（第2号様式）への記載及び事前面談をもって、総合的に判断します。 (1)創業：事業を営んでいない個人が、所得税法（昭和40年法律第33号）第229条の規定による開業等の届出をし、又は法人を設立し、市内において新たに事業を開始することをいう。 (2)新市場進出：主たる業種又は主たる事業を変更することなく、新たな市場に進出することをいう。 (3)事業転換：新たな製品を製造し又は新たな商品若しくはサービスを提供することにより、主たる業種を変更することなく、主たる事業を変更することをいう。 (4)業種転換：新たな製品を製造し又は新たな商品若しくはサービスを提供することにより、主たる業種を変更することをいう。 ■申請手続き 補助金の申請の前に市の担当者及び創業・経営支援事業推進員による面談が必要です。事前面談後に次の書類を経済観光課に提出してください。窓口、郵送、メールいずれの方法でも申請が可能のほか、書類への押印は不要です。 なお、書類到達順に審査を行い、予算額に到達次第、受付は終了となります。審査後、市より交付（不交付）決定通知を送付します。 (1)多摩市ふるさと納税を活用した資金調達支援事業補助金交付申請書（第1号様式） (2)事業計画書（第2号様式） (3)収支計算書（第3号様式） (4)誓約書兼同意書（第4号様式） (5)定款及び履歴事項全部証明書の写し（直近3か月以内のもの。法人又は団体に限る。） (6)直近1か年の決算書の写し（個人事業主の場合は、確定申告書の写し） (7)開業届の写し（創業間もない個人事業主で、前号の確定申告書の写しが提出できない者に限る。） (8)市町村税に滞納がないことを証明する書類（申請時点で多摩市において納税状況を確認できない者に限る。） (9)その他市長が必要と認める書類（事前面談時に確認） ■送付先・お問合わせ先 多摩市役所 市民経済…
