■参照ホームページ ※Jグランツで本補助金の申請受付を行っておりません。申請手続き等の詳細については、以下HPをご確認ください。 https://www.pref.saitama.lg.jp/a0502/hojokin/r7co2hojo-kinkyutaisaku.html ■目的・概要 本事業は、国の「物価高騰対応重点支援地方創生臨時交付金」を活用した事業です。 中小企業等におけるエネルギー使用量及びCO₂排出量の削減による体質改善を更に促すため、空調設備・ボイラー等の高効率タイプへの更新や蓄電池と組み合わせた太陽光発電設備などの導入に要する経費の一部を補助します。 ■対象事業者 民間事業者（埼玉県内で1年以上事業活動を営んでいる法人及び個人事業主） ただし、会社にあっては、中小企業者（中小企業基本法（昭和38年法律第154号）第2条第1項の各号のいずれかに該当するもの）に限る。 ※令和8年度予算によるスマートCO2排出削減設備導入補助金を受給した者又は受給予定者は対象外です。 ※本ページに「従業員数の上限」が「300名以下」という記載がありますが、法人の種類によって従業員数の上限等は異なります。 詳細はホームページをご確認ください。 ■対象事業所 ・申請時点で稼働期間が1年以上（再生可能エネルギー利用設備を設置する場合は1か月以上）の県内に所在する事業所 ・自ら所有又は賃貸借している事業所 ※住居兼事業所の場合、住居部分は対象外 （例：再生可能エネルギーの利用設備を設置する場合で、エネルギー使用量のメーター等が1つのみで事業所用と居住用とで分かれていない場合） （例：事業所部分と居住部分が混在している場所に更新設備がある場合など） ■補助対象機器 補助対象経費が60万円以上の➀～③の事業 ※ただし、CO₂排出量が削減されること ① 高効率設備* への更新 空調設備、ボイラー本体設備、コンプレッサー設備、変圧器、冷凍冷蔵庫設備など ・既存設備は15年以上使用していると認められる設備（製造から15年以上経過している設備）であること ・照明設備は対象外 ・能力増強は原則対象外 ②再生可能エネルギーの利用設備 太陽光発電設備、バイオマス発電設備、小水力発電設備等の再エネ設備、再エネ設備と組み合わせた蓄電池設置など ・年間想定発電量のうち65％程度を目安に当該事業所で自ら消費すること ・太陽光発電は蓄電池を同時に導入すること ※既存の太陽光発電設備に蓄電池のみ新規設置することは可能 ③CO₂排出量の少ない燃料等を使用した設備への更新等 重油焚ボイラーの都市ガスやLPG等への燃料転換・ヒートポンプ化、コジェネレーション設備、インバータ制御等の導入など ・設備更新の場合は、 高効率設備* への更新であること 高効率設備* について 以下のいずれかに該当していること ➀省エネ法のトップランナー基準を達成している設備（基準達成率100%以上の設備） ②経済産業省所管「省エネルギー投資促進支援事業（Ⅲ）設備単位型」の補助対象設備（下記HP参照） https://sii.or.jp/setsubi07r/search/ https://sii.or.jp/setsubi06r/search/ ③その他の設備（一般的な設備と比べ10%以上の省エネ改善効果が確認できるもの） ※③の対象となる設備は、①、②で対象となっていない種類の「設備」です。 ■補助率・補助上限額 補助対象経費の2分の1・上限500万円 ※1者が複数の事業所において申請する場合は、事業所ごとの申請となり、1事業所当たり上限500万円です。 ※1万円未満の端数があるときは、これを切り捨てて得た額となります。 ■申請期間 令和8年4月27日（月）から予算額に達するまで ■申請方法 以下HPをご確認ください。 https://www.pref.saitama.lg.jp/a0502/hojokin/r7co2hojo-kinkyutaisaku.html ■お問合わせ先 埼玉県環境部温暖化対策課計画制度・排出量取引担当 住所：埼玉県さいたま市浦和区高砂3-15-1 第三庁舎2階 電話番号：048-830-3021 E-mail：a3030-29@pref.saitama.lg.jp FAX：048-830-4777
