※J グランツでは本補助金の申請受付を行っておりません。申請手続き等の詳細については、以下 ポータルサイト をご確認ください。 https://r8seisansei.pref.kanagawa.jp/ ■目的・概要 物価高騰や深刻な人手不足など、厳しい経営環境に置かれている中小企業が、「稼ぐ力」の安定・強化を図り、その利益を原資とした賃上げによって、成長と分配の好循環を生み出していくことが重要です。このため、生産性向上に資する設備導入等の事業に係る経費に対し補助することで、持続的な県経済の発展を目指します。 ■応募資格 《補助対象者》 次の各号に掲げる要件を満たすこととします。 (1) 神奈川県内に事業所を有する「中小企業支援法」第2条第1項に規定する中小企業者（みなし大企業等は除く） (2) 特定非営利活動法人（従業員数300人以下等の要件あり） (3) 社会福祉法人（従業員数300人以下等の要件あり） ※過年度に生産性向上促進事業費補助金等の交付を受けた方も申請の対象となります。 ※グループ化支援枠について、（2）（3）は対象外 《補助対象事業》 生産性向上や業務プロセスの改善、人手不足の解消に資する設備の導入等の事業に係る経費を補助します。 具体的には、以下の経費が対象となります。 (1) 機械装置等費（製造工程、検査工程、サービス提供方法の改善に資する設備等）※単なる設備の更新は補助対象外です。 (2) ITサービス導入費（専用ソフトウェア、クラウドサービス等） (3) 施設工事費（機械装置等を設置するために必要な最低限の改修工事） ■補助金上限額 上限額：一般枠 500万円 （下限額：25万円） グループ化支援枠 4000万円 （下限額：500万円） 創業者成長支援枠 300万円 （下限額：25万円） ※ITサービス導入費は上限50万円、施設工事費は上限100万円 補助率：一般枠・グループ化支援枠 補助対象経費の1/2または2/3以内 創業者成長支援枠 補助対象経費の2/3以内 ※一般枠・グループ化支援枠においては、申請者の区分に応じて、以下の通り、補助率が変わります。 (1) 中小企業者、特定非営利活動法人、社会福祉法人：1/2以内 (2) 小規模事業者、従業員数20人以下の特定非営利活動法人及び社会福祉法人：2/3以内 ■募集期間 令和８年５月１日（金）～８月31日（月） ※一般枠・グループ化支援枠は募集を３回に分けて実施、創業者成長支援枠は随時募集 ■備考 申請方法や必要書類等、具体的な手続きのフローについては、以下の神奈川県ホームページ又は補助金ポータルサイトを 必ず ご確認ください。 ■問合せ先 生産性向上補助金事務局〔受託者：テルウェル東日本株式会社〕 電話番号：045-315-3755 受付時間：平日 9:00～17:00 ■参照URL 神奈川県ホームページ： https://www.pref.kanagawa.jp/docs/m2w/seisansei/r8.html 補助金ポータルサイト： https://r8seisansei.pref.kanagawa.jp/
