※詳細につきましては以下よりご確認ください。 https://siz-kankyou.com/2025hco2/tenant3/ ■目的・概要 本事業は、テナントが入居する既存の建物（以下「テナントビル」という。）において、ビルオーナーとテナントが環境負荷を低減する取組に関する契約や覚書（以下、「グリーンリース契約等」という。を結び、グリーンリース契約等に基づき協働して当該テナントビルの省エネ化、省CO2化を図る場合に必要となる設備導入等に係る費用の一部を支援することで、既存のテナントビルの低炭素化に向けた取組の推進及び不動産賃貸借契約におけるグリーンリース契約等の普及促進を目的とする。 ■補助額上限 ａとｂを合算して4,000万円 ａ テナント専用部 ｂ 共用部または共用設備（テナントの床面積割合がビル全体の延床面積の30％以上とする） ■補助率 ３分の１ ■問合せ先 一般社団法人静岡県環境資源協会 省ＣＯ２促進事業支援センター （E-mail：center@siz-kankyou.or.jp）
