■目的・概要 エネルギー価格・物価高騰の影響を受ける市内の中小・小規模事業者を支援するため、工場・店舗・事務所等で使用する事業用の設備・機器を更新し、省エネ化するために必要な経費に対し、がんばろう赤磐中小企業省エネ設備更新支援補助金を交付するものとし、必要な事項を交付要綱に定めます。 ■補助対象者 補助事業者は、次の各号の要件をすべて満たす中小・小規模事業者とします。 (1)赤磐市内に事業所を有する者 (2)令和9年1月29日までに省エネ設備・機器の購入、設置及び支払を完了し、かつ、令和9年2月8日までに実績報告を行うことができる者 (3)今後も事業を継続する意思がある者 前項の規定にかかわらず、次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、補助事業者としません。 (1)令和8年7月1日以降に創業又は開業した中小・小規模事業者 (2)みなし大企業 (3)市税に滞納がある者 ■補助対象事業 補助事業は、次の各号のいずれにも該当する事業とします。 (1)市内の工場・店舗・事務所等で使用する生産設備やサービス等を提供するために必要な事業用の設備・機器を更新し、省エネ化するもの (2)更新前と比較し、設備・機器1台（LED照明設備の場合は一式）ごとに5%以上の省エネルギー効果が見込まれるもの (3)設備・機器1台（LED照明設備の場合は一式）ごとの本体価格（ただし、LED照明設備の場合は設置工事費を含む。）が法人22.5万円以上（税抜）、個人事業主15万円以上（税抜）のもの 前項の規定にかかわらず、次の各号のいずれかに該当する事業は補助の対象としません。 (1)自宅兼事務所等に設置するもの (2)事業用ではない省エネ設備・機器を導入するもの ■補助上限額 補助金の額は、補助対象経費に3分の2を乗じて得た額（その額に1,000円未満の端数があるときは、これを切り捨てた額）とし、法人の場合は上限200万円、下限15万円、個人事業主の場合は上限50万円、下限10万円とします。 補助金は、予算の範囲内で交付します。 ※詳細は、要綱別表2をご確認ください。 ■補助率 補助対象経費に3分の2を乗じて得た額（その額に1,000円未満の端数があるときは、これを切り捨てた額）とします。 ■エントリー申請受付期間 令和8年8月17日（月）～9月7日（月） ■申請方法 交付申請を行う前に、エントリー申請を行うものとします。なお、エントリー申請及び交付申請は、別に定める期日までに、補助金申請システム「Jグランツ」（https://www.jgrants-portal.go.jp/）により行うものとします。この場合において、申請者は、あらかじめGビズIDプライムアカウントを取得しておかなければなりません。 ■お問合せ先 赤磐市役所 産業振興部 商工観光課 TEL：０８６－９５５－２０３７ Email：syokokanko@city.akaiwa.lg.jp （平日 9:00〜17:00）
