■目的・概要 本事業補助金は、民間企業等（以下「間接補助事業者」という。）が、「サーキュラーエコノミーに関する産官学のパートナーシップ」の枠組みを活用し、関係主体の資源循環に係る取組において、経済合理性や技術的課題の明確化のための実証や設備投資についての支援を実施することにより、自律型資源循環システムの構築を早期に実現することを目的とします。 本間接補助事業を通じて、再生材の供給体制や品質・量の確保、環境配慮設計製品の普及、ＣＥコマースの市場拡大、製品の資源循環に係る情報の可視化・共有の仕組みの構築など、ライフサイクル全体での連携やビジネスモデルの確立、資源循環ビジネスとしての経済合理性や顧客価値の明確化、企業の自発的な投資や市場形成を実現します。 本間接補助事業は、エネルギー対策特別会計（エネルギー需給勘定）による予算を財源としています。特別会計に関する法律（平成１９年法律２３号）の規定により、事業の実施による二酸化炭素の排出量が確実に削減されることが重要です。このため、申請においては、算出過程も含む二酸化炭素の削減量の根拠を明示していただきます。また、事業完了後は二酸化炭素の削減量等の実績を報告していただくこととなります。 ■応募資格 以下の項目をすべて満たす事業者を補助対象とします。 ①日本法人（登記法人）である民間会社※１又は民間会社を主申請者とする共同体若しくは任意団体等であること。（地方公共団体※２が、主申請者になることはできません。） ②サーキュラーパートナーズ（CPs）の会員であること。 ③補助を受けて行う事業は、CPsのCE戦略推進コミッティや各WGからの要請に応じて、取組の概要や進捗等に ついて発表・報告を行うこと。 ④補助を受けて行う事業は、その事業の定量評価を「地域サーキュラーエコノミー評価・推進ツール」を用い て分析・評価するよう求められた場合は応じること。 ⑤経済産業省が定める補助金等の交付停止事業者に該当していないこと。また、共同申請者、請負先、委託先 についても同様に扱うこと。 ⑥事業を円滑に遂行するために必要な費用のうち、自己負担分の調達に関し、十分な経営基盤を有していること。 ⑦政府からのEBPMに関する協力要請に応じること。 ⑧委託契約等で民間会社に事業を実施させる場合、民間会社に対して確定検査等を行い確定検査等で確認した 資料の写し等を事業完了後５年以上保管する体制が取れていること。 ⑨事業を運営・管理できる能力を有しており、事業を実施するための実施体制及び管理体制が整備されている こと。 ※１公益法人、社会福祉法人、学校法人、一般企業等 ※２地方自治法第１条の３に規定する普通地方公共団体（都道府県及び市町村） 及び特別地方公共団体（特別区、地方公共団体の組合、財産区及び地方開発事業団） ■公募要領・交付規定・申請様式などのダウンロード先 公募関連資料、採択結果 | 一般社団法人 低炭素投資促進機構（GIO） (teitanso.or.jp) ■問合せ先 一般社団法人低炭素投資促進機構 メール：r8shigen@teitanso.or.jp ■jGrantsの操作マニュアル（事業者用） 操作マニュアル_事業者用.pdf (jgrants-portal.go.jp)
