■目的・概要 我が国は２０２０年１０月に、「２０５０年までに温室効果ガスの排出を全体としてゼロにする、すなわち２０５０年カーボンニュートラル、脱炭素社会の実現を目指す」ことを宣言した。また、２０２１年５月には地球温暖化対策推進法の一部を改正する法律が成立し、２０５０年までのカーボンニュートラルの実現が基本理念として規定された。カーボンニュートラルを実現するためには、業務部門（事務所ビル、商業施設等の建物）のCO2削減が重要である。業務部門からのCO2排出量は、２０２３年度時点で我が国全体の約２割を占めている。また、１９９０年度以降の経済成長（実質GDPが３４％増加）に対して、産業部門からのCO2排出量は３３％減少したにもかかわらず、業務部門からのCO2排出量は２６％増と大幅に増加している。このように、業務部門は他部門に比べ増加が顕著であることから、徹底的な省エネルギーの推進と再生可能エネルギーの活用によるCO2削減が我が国にとって喫緊の課題となっている。 本事業では建築主等が計画した脱炭素化の取組のうち、既存建築物の外皮の高断熱化、高効率設備の導入により、ZEB基準の水準の省エネ性能を実現する事業に要する経費の一部を補助する事業を実施し、業務部門の脱炭素化を推進していくことを目的とする。 ■補助対象事業 国内の既存業務用建築物において、ＺＥＢ基準の水準の達成に必要な断熱窓・断熱材や高効率設備等を導入し、改修後に以下の要件を全て満たす事業を対象とする。 ■補助対象事業者 公募要領P.１２～１３の①～⑪の要件を全て満たす事業者を、補助対象事業者とする。 ■問合せ先 一般社団法人 環境共創イニシアチブ（ＳＩＩ） 脱炭素ビルリノベ事業事務局 TEL：０１２０-１０２-９１２ 電話受付時間 10:00~12:00、13:00~17:00（土日祝除く） ※お電話での問い合わせの際は、対象の事業名をお伝えください。 Mail： bl-renos@sii.or.jp ※メールでのお問い合わせの際は、件名に必ず【質問】とつけてお送りください。 ※3営業日以内に担当者よりメールまたは電話にてご連絡いたします。 ■参照URL https://bl-renos.jp/r8/
