Applications can have multiple collaborating organisations, and an organisation can be a collaborating organisation on multiple applications • a subcontractor, where the organisation will not have named people on the project team but will receive funds from the award through procurement by the lead organisation • a project partner, where the organisation contributes to the project (in cash or in-kind) but does not receive funds from the award or have named people on the project team.
